We were honoured to develop the event identity and complete suite of collateral for the 25 year milestone of the Rural Women’s Award, a program that recognises and empowers remarkable women across regional and rural Australia. To mark the occasion, we created a commemorative emblem built around a floral form of 25 petals, each representing a year of the award’s journey. The shape subtly echoes a windmill, referencing the resilience, ingenuity and enduring spirit of the women shaping Australia’s rural communities. The identity was designed to feel celebratory yet grounded, balancing prestige with warmth and extending across the full event experience, from announcements through to the live celebration. Seeing the brand come to life in such a significant setting was deeply rewarding, but more meaningful was celebrating the women whose leadership and innovation continue to strengthen their communities. Now in our sixth year working on the event’s branding, it’s been a privilege to help shape and evolve an identity that continues to honour these women.
