Alterna is a trailblazer in luxury haircare, combining purity and innovation inspired by skincare science. At the heart of its formulas is caviar, one of nature’s richest sources of Omega-3 fatty acids. The Caviar Extract range helps restore moisture, elasticity and shine, positioning the brand firmly in the space of pure indulgence. Over the past eight years we have partnered with Alterna to establish and grow the US brand across the Australian and New Zealand market. This has included supporting retail launches into Sephora and building strong presence within professional salon networks, adapting global brand assets for local audiences while maintaining the premium positioning and tone of the brand. Our work has spanned point of sale, advertising, packaging, direct mail, digital design and exhibition design. Across each channel we ensured a cohesive brand experience, translating the sophistication of the global identity into practical retail environments, salon education materials and campaign communications that connect with both stylists and consumers.
